Stephanie Lynch

An educator and fitness enthusiast for 30 years, I have retired from the classroom to follow my unwavering passion for women’s health and wellness. With my wealth of knowledge, expertise, and personal experience, I invite you to join me to discover the wonderful benefits that my coaching can offer, including, but certainly not limited to, having healthy relationships with fitness, food and your amazing selves. Your health is not a look, an age, a size or a number. Regardless of where you are in the path of life and your fitness journey, my job is to meet you there and provide the training, coaching and support you need to help you to move forward with your fitness and/or nutrition goals.

Personal Training

Working with a Certified Personal Trainer is a fabulous way to help you reach your fitness goals! Together we discuss your training objectives and from there I create individualized programs tailored to your unique goals.

Curious about how to fuel your body in ways that energize you and make you feel great? Wondering how to build foundational nutrition habits that are sustainable and have NOTHING to do with ‘dieting’ and restricting?

Nutrition & AIP Coaching

I am pleased to offer various workshops for small groups including, but not limited to, fitness sessions, building strong foundational habits for nutrition, the ‘whys’ and ‘hows’ of AIP, and navigating through the menopause transition with fitness, nutrition and mindset.

Strength training at Punch HIIT with Stephanie has had a really positive impact on my physical and mental health.
