What is your approach to strength training?

We focus on evidence-based movement and functional strength that supports your daily life, rather than extreme or restrictive training regimens. Programs are tailored for each client but always designed with the foundational principles of resistance training to ensure you are building muscle and supporting strong bones.

How do you approach nutrition?

While whole, nutrient dense foods are prioritized, balance is the key, so we work towards building an understanding that foods are not ‘good’ or ‘bad’ and that we can have room for all foods in our lives.

Do you work with diet culture?

Our practice is explicitly free from diet culture. We focus on sustainable habits and self-compassion over short-term fixes or deprivation.

What is the typical duration of a program?

The length of our time together can vary significantly and is entirely dependent on client goals and unique situations. This is something we discuss during our initial free consultation.
