Autoimmune Protocol (AIP)
AIP Certified Coaching is an advanced training course for practitioners designed by Dr. Ballantyne, Mickey Trescott, NTP, and Angie Alt, NTC, CHC, designed to train individuals to support those living with an autoimmune illness. As a certified AIP Coach, I have in-depth knowledge about the diet and lifestyle factors that can contribute to autoimmune disease and the diet and lifestyle changes needed to mitigate further damage and relieve autoimmune symptoms. As an AIP Coach, and someone living with an autoimmune condition, I walk with you and support you along your journey to healing. I can help you navigate through and apply each aspect of the protocol, (nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, stress management and social connections), provide guidance, answer questions (or help to find answers), provide supportive resources, and troubleshoot along the way to help set you up for success.
